Scot Crockett – Executive Director
Scot Crockett serves as Executive Director of Fueling Freedom, where he leads national efforts to advance American energy independence through strategic advocacy, public engagement, and coalition-driven policy initiatives.
With over 30 years of experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, and strategic communications, Crockett brings deep expertise in grassroots mobilization, coalition development, and message deployment at every level of government. Throughout his career, he has managed high-profile public affairs programs and delivered winning strategies for corporate clients, trade associations, and nonprofits across all 50 states.
Before leading Fueling Freedom, Crockett founded Issues Impact Group, LLC, a full-service public affairs firm providing strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies, national coalitions, and policy campaigns. His previous roles include serving as Vice President at DDC Advocacy and Managing Director at DCI Group, where he directed multi-million-dollar national advocacy programs that influenced key legislation and public opinion on issues ranging from energy policy to technology and infrastructure.
A seasoned political operative, Crockett has helped elect candidates to every level of office, from school board to multiple presidential campaigns. He has deep experience leading impactful grassroots programs including as Executive Director of the Tea Party Patriots, and building coalitions for President Trump.
Crockett’s leadership at Fueling Freedom reflects a career-long commitment to advancing American energy leadership, restoring domestic industrial capacity, and ensuring the United States remains free from foreign energy and mineral dependency. He is widely regarded for his ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution, turning complex challenges into measurable policy victories.
